1. Introduction & Applicability

AK71 (ak71.bet) is an online gaming and betting platform in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between AK71 and all its members. By accessing, registering, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).

• Deposit currency and withdrawal currency must be the same.
• Withdrawals must generally be made to the same mobile banking number used for deposit.

AK71 reserves the right to correct any erroneous credit or debit due to technical errors. In such cases, the member will be notified and balance adjustments will be made if necessary.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

1. Each bonus has a specific wagering or rollover requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted.

3. AK71 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
4. Bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of account balance and account termination.

5. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled unless AK71 provides that facility on its own.
• If an event is cancelled or voided, bets will be refunded according to ak71's established policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to technical error, ak71 reserves the right to void such bets.
• Maximum bet amount from a single account on the same match may be limited — this varies by game and market.

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Account Closure & Termination

Account closure or cancellation at AK71 can happen in two ways — by member request or by AK71's own decision.

Account closure by member request: Any member may request account closure at any time through the support team. Before closure, you'll be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance, provided it complies with the terms and conditions.

Cancellation by AK71: AK71 may cancel an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Opening an account with false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide documentation.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is cancelled, valid balance will be refunded, but bonus funds will be forfeited.
